The Naval Academy Athletic Association (NAAA), founded in 1891, is a nonprofit organization whose objective is to "promote, influence, and assist in financing the varsity athletic programs of the midshipmen of the United States Naval Academy" in accordance with the policy of the Superintendent of the Academy. Through an intercollegiate athletics program that is one of the largest in the country, every midshipman is afforded the opportunity to compete in athletics at the Division I level. Summary
This position will focus on the execution and fulfillment of NAAA Annapolis Corporate Sponsorships and assisting with the execution and fulfillment of the Army-Navy Game Corporate Sponsorships, as well as assisting in the Cultivation, Development and Sales of all NAAA year-round Corporate Sponsorship efforts
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Execution and fulfillment of NAAA Annapolis Corporate Sponsorships, including:
Lead in the Formatting and Trafficking of NAAA Radio and Live Streaming (ESPN+) Broadcasts.
Lead the Execution of Sponsorship Related Print Materials (ie: Game Programs, Schedule Posters).
Lead Digital and Social Media Sponsorship Fulfillment and Tracking.
Coordinate Corporate Sponsor Ticket Fulfillment.

Execution and fulfillment of NAAA Annapolis Corporate Sponsorships, including:

Lead the Execution of Sponsorship Related Print Materials (ie: Game Programs, Schedule Posters).
Lead Digital and Social Media Sponsorship Fulfillment and Tracking.
Coordinate Corporate Sponsor Ticket Fulfillment.
Lead the Creation and Delivery of Media Specifications and Guidelines for all Partners, as well as collection of Deliverables.
Capturing and Archiving Sponsorship Proof of Performance.
Lead in the Production of Navy’s Annapolis Sponsorship Recap Summaries.
Assist in the Production of Army-Navy Game Sponsorship Recap Summaries.
Assist in the Execution of Annapolis Home Game Presenting and Participating Sponsorships.
Assist in the Invoicing of Sponsor Accounts
Assist in Contracting of Sponsor Accounts.
Assist in Production of Sponsorship Sales Proposals and Sales Materials.
Target Potential Partners and Successfully Sell New Business Accounts and Renew Existing Partners.
Assist the Director for Corporate Sales and Services in the execution of Army-Navy Game Presenting and Participating Game Sponsorships, including Print, Hospitality, Tickets, Stadium Digital and Video, Stadium Signage, Website, Exterior Branding, Activation, Field Markings, Radio, TV and Proof of Performance.
Participate in Biweekly or Weekly Planning calls with all Army-Navy Game Sponsors
Attend and participate in Sponsorship activities at Annapolis Home Games (Multiple Sports), Army-Navy Football Game and select Navy Neutral Site Games and periodic planning meetings as assigned (includes travel).
Other Duties as assigned.

Must be eligible to work in the United States of America, without sponsorship.
Must be eligible to work on a military installation, including a willingness to submit to a background screen.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
This is an in-person position.

Ability to drive a vehicle for job-related tasks and possess a valid driver’s licence
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Occasional standing or walking (e.g., to retrieve files, go to meetings)

Hearing ability (e.g., participating in phone calls, video conferences)
Minimal lifting requirements (usually under 10–15 lbs, such as files, laptops)
Basic upper body movement (e.g., reaching for office supplies, opening drawers)
Occasional bending or twisting (e.g., picking up items, adjusting seating)
Cognitive focus and mental stamina (e.g., prolonged concentration on tasks)
Travel
Less than 5% - travel to select road or neutral-site events and planning meetings/site visits.
Travel may include overnight trips.
