Job Description Summary
The Assistant Director, Donor Experience will assist in the coordination, development and implementation of a signature events and stewardship for Wake Forest Athletics. This position will serve to better connect Deacon Club members who are making financial contributions to athletics, assist with the acquisition of new members and strengthen their relationship on all levels. The position will work alongside Deacon Club staff and report to the Assistant Athletic Director, Donor Engagement to determine best strategies for effective events, stewardship and engagement activities.

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience required. Employee should have the ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities in a fast-paced environment and be an expert in all areas of event creation, planning and execution. Some lifting and moving of event-related items is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Knowledge of fundraising and event software is preferred.

Provides guidance and supervision for student workers, interns and volunteers.
