The University of Missouri Athletics Department is seeking an Assistant Director of Football Creative to assist our creative team in producing compelling and innovative content that resonates with football enthusiasts across various platforms. This position will be responsible for the development of engaging campaigns, videos, graphics, and other multimedia content that captivates audiences and reinforces our brand identity. This position will be responsible for the development of engaging campaigns, videos, graphics, and other multimedia content that captivates audiences and reinforces our brand identity. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Apply NowCreation and design of digital assets to be used in weekly and game-day email graphics, social media templates and general use graphics for web and social media and video;
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, and partnerships, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.
Assisting with the creation of coaching materials, recruiting and environmental as well as directing external content for social media and print.
Assisting with program and head coach storytelling
Assisting with the shooting, editing, and releasing of multimedia content
Maintaining and servicing video capture and editing equipment
Fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the creative team, nurturing talent and encouraging professional development.
The successful candidate must be able to meet tight deadlines and work well in a group setting as well as independently.
Additionally, this person must be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite.
This person should have an understanding of football recruiting policies, have prior sports work experience
This position may regularly require evening and weekend hours, as required, to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
Salary is commensurate with education and experience
A Bachelor’s degree in a related/relevant area or an equivalent combination of education and a minimum of 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired. Experience in the following of adhering to NCAA rules and regulations is also necessary.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in the creative space, preferably for athletics.
Salary Range: Salary is commensurate with education and experience
