We are currently accepting applications for the position of Assistant Director, Football Recruiting. This role will support Stanford Football’s high school recruiting efforts by building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective student-athletes and their families. This is an early-career but high-responsibility role — serving as a front-line recruiter responsible for consistent, high-quality communication that helps convert priority targets and strengthen Stanford’s position with top prospects. This position will report to the Director of Recruiting Strategy & High School Personnel, Football. This is an on-site fixed-term role with an end date of 2/28/27.

Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
This position, along with all DAPER coaches and staff, is responsible for the integrity of Stanford’s intercollegiate athletics program and for the reputation of Stanford University. This position is responsible for ensuring that his/her/their involvement with Athletics Department activities maintains the integrity of the University’s reputation and does not negatively impact the relationship between the University and its faculty, staff, students, and alumni. Additionally, this position must comply with University policies and procedures, NCAA and Conference rules and regulations.

The expected pay range for this position is $100,023 - $110,033 per annum.
