Lycoming College is hiring an Athletics Giving Officer to work within our Annual Giving team

The Assistant Director of Annual Giving, Athletics is responsible for raising financial support for Lycoming College and the Warrior athletics program. The Assistant Director of Annual Giving, Athletics will build relationships with individuals and organizations for the purpose of creating a pipeline of donors from whom the College can secure gifts. Under the leadership of the Director of Annual Giving, the Assistant Director of Annual Giving, Athletics will facilitate the solicitation schedule the Warrior Club annual giving program and coordinate a stewardship program, manage a portfolio of assigned prospects, and provide support for meetings and activities of the Warrior Club Advisory Council.

This is a full-time position that requires flexible hours, primarily Monday through Friday 8a-4:30pm but with a mixture of evenings and weekends based on travel needs and requires travel.

What will I do in this role? - Conduct 75+ in-person and/or virtual visits annually - Manage a portfolio of up to 150 assigned prospects to cultivate their interest in and increase their support of the College and Warrior athletics. - Support the implementation of the Warrior Club annual giving program by executing the annual fundraising strategy developed in collaboration with the Director of Annual Giving and Director of Athletics. - Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to execute solicitation strategy set forth by the Director of Annual Giving and the Director of Athletics; and collaborate with Alumni Engagement to plan and execute Warrior Club events.
