Reporting to the Director of Athletics, Wesleyan is seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Director of Athletic Operations to manage the day-to-day operations of our athletics department, overseeing the promotion, communication, and operational tasks for a variety of sports programs, including volleyball, basketball, soccer, softball, cross country, and track and field.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience in sports information, athletics operations, and/or media relations (preferably in a collegiate setting).
Proficiency in sports statistics software (e.g., StatCrew, PrestoSports, etc.).
Experience with video streaming platforms and digital media management.
Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with NCAA regulations and compliance is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift equipment (up to 50 lbs) and assist with game-day setup and breakdown.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the athletic event schedule.
