Duties and Responsibilities: This position is a full-time 12-month full benefits position in the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. oversees a broad range of administrative services in the areas of Contest Management (game day operations), Facilities, Facility Management, Oversee Team Travel, Work with Team apparel contract, Oversee P-card daily and monthly transactions. Professional and Personnel Development, Summer Camps, Post Season Tournament Management, Special Events/Projects, Contracts and Sports Supervision. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, overseeing facilities and game management of home athletics events and supervising intercollegiate athletic programs as assigned by the Director of Athletics. Essential functions would include assisting the Director of Athletics in the overall administration of the department and serve on the Senior Staff of the Athletic Department. Responsible for compliance with policies and procedures of the University, Great American Conference (GAC), NCAA and other regulatory agencies.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Sports Management, Business, Higher Education or related field preferred. Experience as an Athletic Administrator or comparable experience preferred.
