Target hiring range for this position will be between $55,130-$57,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Apply NowThe Assistant Director of compliance reports to the Sr. Associate Athletic Director for Compliance and Regulatory Affairs and is responsible for assisting with the education and enforcement of NCAA, Big Ten Conference and Northwestern University rules and regulations for student-athletes, coaches, staff members, and donors.
*Willingness and ability to work a non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as required. *
