Assist in oversight of product mix, menu development, fan experience, purchasing, cash/inventory control, merchandising, development and maintenance of various reports in Microsoft Office, and supervision of concession stand managers/workers. Administer established policies and procedures to ensure efficient and profitable operations. The selected candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion. Some weekend and evening hours are required, depending on the event schedule. Associate’s degree and 2 years food service management experience that has included fiscal responsibilities, product ordering, and staff hiring, scheduling, training, and supervision, equivalent education/experience considered. Supervisory experience required. Knowledge of food service and cash receipt/reporting procedures essential. Strong coordination and supervision skills necessary. Ability to obtain Serve Safe food certification within 6 months of hire.
Ability to project sales and labor costs preferred.
