Monmouth University is seeking applications for an Assistant Director of Creative Content in the Athletic Department.
The candidate would be expected to: work alongside the Director of Creative Content and Executive Associate Athletics Director for Communications and Digital Media to produce high-level video content for the promotion of the Monmouth University Department of Athletics and its Division programs. Content includes but is not limited to highlights, interviews, features, in-venue fan engagement for video boards, media day and preseason previews, and end-of-year recaps.
This position may qualify for the University’s Regular Remote Work Policy.

Job Duties

- Work alongside the Director of Creative Content to produce and edit video for Monmouth’s Division I Athletics programs.
- Shoot and edit game previews, highlights, features, content for in-venue video boards.
- Create engaging content to be shared to department’s official platforms, including website and social media.
- Archive content including finished projects.
- Stay up-to-date with current technology and best practices.
- Responsible for adhering to policies and procedures governing the Department of Athletics and the University and any applicable rules and regulations associated with the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), the Coastal Athletic Association (CAA), and any conferences or any other conference or organization with which the University is or becomes associated with which affects University Athletics.
- Work in a flexible, collaborative manner in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
