| Position Summary |
Oversee the planning and implementation of varsity sporting events for the UGA Athletic Association and various SEC and NCAA Championship events hosted on campus and serve as operations and construction manager for select facilities.

- Effective computer skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret NCAA, SEC, and institutional rules and regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

- Delegate responsibilities to event staff.
- Develop and maintain Game Expense budgets for supervised sports as well as post-season competition.
- Correspond with game officials, Southeastern Conference officials and NCAA liaisons.
