The Assistant Director of Player Personnel / Football is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the Football Program's recruiting efforts. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Identifying potential prospects, assist with all on-campus visits by prospective student athletes, oversee student workers, update Teamworks database, and special projects/tasks as assigned. This position will report directly to the Sr. Director of Player Personnel / Football.

Required Qualifications

Master's degree, and/or bachelor’s degree with related experience.
Experience working in a Division I football program.
Working knowledge of NCAA Division I rules and regulations pertaining to football.
Experience using Hudl and XOS
Experience with recruiting services such as UC Report and XOS Scout, etc).
Experience with Teamworks or similar prospective student athlete database.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative suites.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Commitment to diversity.
Ability to communicate to prospects and their families.
