Duties/Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the day to day supervision and operations of the Football Video Department as assigned by the video coordinator.
2. Assists in the creation of the Football Video budget and is responsible for overseeing expenditures to meet budgetary parameters.
3. Responsible for scripting, shooting and editing of season recap highlight videos.
4. Edits weekly highlight tapes for the football team.
5. Creates recruiting videos for the coaches to utilize during on campus and home visits.
6. Provides video software and equipment training to student assistants, and monitors workload assignments as assigned by the video coordinator.
7. Creates and maintains archived materials for post production materials.
8. Creates videos to be shown during pre-game.
9. Assists video coordinator with video operation on junior recruiting weekends, Regular recruiting weekends, summer camps, Football 101 and Dawg night
10. Assists with camera crew set-up on game day and responsible for managing ground cameramen for media purposes used in motivations, highlights and Vivics system.
11. Responsible for maintaining an innovative approach and generating new concepts for the Football Video Department.
12. Creates, maintains and updates videodisplays in the lobby of the football complex.
