Position Summary
Under the general supervision of the General Manager of Football Recruiting & Personnel and Sr. Director, Recruiting Operations, the Assistant Director, Personnel & Recruiting Operations serves in a hybrid analytical and operational role supporting the Football program’s recruiting and personnel functions. The position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day recruiting operations, assisting with official and unofficial visits, maintaining recruiting systems and databases, developing recruiting strategy initiatives, and providing analytical support related to prospective student-athlete evaluations, roster management, recruiting strategy, and transfer portal activity. The incumbent works collaboratively with coaching staff, recruiting staff, compliance, operations, creative/content personnel, alumni, and community stakeholders to support the strategic and operational objectives of the Football program while ensuring compliance with NCAA, Big Ten, and University policies.
