SALARY: $2,500 + Room & Board

General Function:
Andrew College is seeking a qualified Assistant Flag Football Coach. The candidate will assist the Head Flag Football Coach
in all areas related to a highly competitive flag football program. The successful candidate must adhere to all NAIA Division I,
Southern States Athletic Conference, and Andrew College policies. The Assistant Flag Football Coach must understand the
dynamics of a small college setting and have the ability to take on several tasks outside the coaching arena towards success for
the Athletic Department and Andrew College as a whole.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Fulfill the mission, vision, and strategic plan of the Andrew College department of athletics as it pertains to the Flag
  

Football program

• Help recruit quality student-athletes
  
  • Coaching responsibilities that are deemed necessary by the Head Coach
    

  - Maintain high academic standards for student-athletes

  Interact and develop healthy relationships with other Andrew College departments

  Strong disciplined skills and consistency with communication and structure required
  - Good driving record with the ability to drive Andrew College vans and recruiting vehicles
  - Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Flag Football Coach
  - Additional duties as assigned by the Athletic Director

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate Degree required/Bachelor's Degree preferred. However, consideration will be given to those candidates
  with an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. Previous head or assistant collegiate level
  coaching experience preferred. A valid driver’s license is required.
  

Working Conditions:

• While performing the duties of this job you may be required to lift and/or move heavy items. You will also be
  

required to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends.
