Primary Duties

Coaching

Coach student-athletes, including all team practices and scheduled games/competitions; develop game preparation and strategy; condition and train student-athletes in order to develop skill, character, and teamwork in football. Ensure that all University, conference and NCAA rules and regulations are followed including student-athlete eligibility, recruiting, financial aid, scheduling and academic progress. Follow University procurement and travel policies. Work in collaboration with fellow coaches and staff under the direction of the head football coach.

Coordinate all special teams in collaboration with the vision of the head coach.

Maintain Student-Athletes

Recruit highly qualified prospective student-athletes.

Monitor player academics, encourage academic excellence including student-athlete health, wellness and overall welfare.
