Position Overview:
Offensive Coordinator, assistant football coach at a highly selective liberal arts college. Successful candidate will coordinate the offense, coach a offensive position and special teams unit, manage and coordinate all video operations, supervise all work-study students and effectively recruit a territory.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:

• Offensive Coordinator: oversee and coordinate all operations of offense
• Manage all football video operations
• Coordinate one of the four special teams
• Recruit and manage a 15 state recruiting territory

Additional Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all program volunteerism and community service activities
• Share in games management for baseball and softball

Describe Supervision Received and Exercised:

• Candidate will be supervised by the head coach

Education/Experience/Skills (supported by job duties):

Required:

• BA or BS degree
• 4 Years of college recruiting/coaching experience
• Recruiting Database Management experience

Preferred:

• MA/MS/MBA degree
• Offensive Coordinator experience
• Experience in a spread, no huddle, tempo offense
• Experience recruiting to a highly selective, national academic institution
