Midland University, a private, faith-based, liberal arts university in Fremont, Nebraska (just outside of metro Omaha), is seeking a Full Time Assistant Football Coach/ Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach.

Job responsibilities include:

• Providing coaching and instruction during training and practice activities.
• Practice preparation & video analysis of position group.
• Assist with the coordination of all football strength and conditioning activities.
• Work closely with the athletic training staff to help improve injury prevention and rehabilitation plans.
• Monitor and track the usage of supplements and catapult tracker data.
• Representing Midland University as it's NFL/XFL/USFL Liaison.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree
• Previous experience as a high school or collegiate football coach and strength coach
• Great organizational skills
• Great interpersonal communication skills
• Basic computer skills, such as a working understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, Team Builder, and Catapult Trackers
• Availability to work a flexible schedule
• Have a NSCA CSCS, CSC or CSCCA certification

Preferred to have:

• A Master's degree
• Have CPR/First Aid certification
