Job Summary

 

The Assistant Football Coach/Defensive Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for designing, implementing, and leading the defensive philosophy of the football program. This role oversees defensive game planning, play-calling, player development, recruiting, and supervision of the defensive staff while supporting the Head Coach's vision and program goals. The Defensive Coordinator also plays a key role in student-athlete academic success, compliance with NCAA and conference regulations, and day-to-day football operations.
