The Assistant Coach/Offensive Coordinator is responsible for all phases of the program including organization and administration, quality student-athlete development and recruitment, fiscal management, viable fund raising and public relations, and other duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach.

Salary & Benefits:  

Minimum starting salary of $65,000, commensurate with experience

Primary Duties

  1. Development, preparation and coordination of offensive philosophy, culture, strategy, practice, and game plans.

  2. Provide on-field instruction to players.

  3. Coach players individually and in groups, monitor academic progress, and ensure athletes meet conduct and culture standards.
