Job Summary/Basic Function
The Assistant Football Coach has an appreciation for and an understanding of the mission, vision, and values of the College and is committed to advancing the mission, vision, and values of the Athletics Department.
The Assistant Football Coach is responsible to assist the Head Football Coach in the administration of an
NCAA
Division
III
football program in accordance with institutional,
NCAA
and Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference rules and regulations. The Assistant Football Coach is responsible to assist in aspects of the football program assigned by the Head Coach.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned in game/event management, teaching, coaching, and/or other administrative duties. This position currently manages the Olson Forum.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of coaching experience or by equivalent education/experience.

Salary – $38,192 – $41,200 annually
The final salary will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, certifications, and alignment with the position’s requirements. Other considerations may include internal equity and market conditions.
