The Assistant Grounds and Facilities Administrator will assist in overseeing the maintenance and operations of athletic facilities and grounds. In addition, this role will be responsible for the following:
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma. Must have a strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Physical ability to perform manual labor and operate grounds keeping equipment. Outdoor work in various weather conditions. Physical demands include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in grounds keeping or sports management is a plus. Previous experience in grounds maintenance or event operations preferred.
