Job Description:
Reporting to the head coach, the assistant head coachwill assist in all aspects of program operation including organizing, preparing, and conducting individual and team practices, trainings, and competitions, among other responsibilities. The assistant head coach will help support the head coach in identifying and recruiting qualified prospective student-athletes. The individual will supervise student workers and others associated with the program, assist with program administration and budget oversight and support the head coach with the student-athlete academic success and retention. Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of the director of athletics.
This is a 12-month position eligible for the college's full benefits package. The salary is $43,888.00.

Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is routinely working in an athletic complex with some exposure to adverse conditions when training outside. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Abilities/Physical Characteristics
This position requires the ability to lift, pull, push, and move objects in weight up to 50lbs regularly. A large majority of the time is spent performing manual labor. Specifically, this position requires the following.
