Under the supervision of the Athletic Director and the Head Coach, assistant coaching duties will be assigned by head coach and will include administration, coaching, and recruiting for the ESCU Swimming program.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
• Previous competitive collegiate swimming or coaching experience
• Working knowledge of the sport and ability to demonstrate, critique and develop safe swimming skills and practices.
• Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills, experience with Microsoft office.
• Available for all practices and competitions: 6:30-8:30am M-TH, 2-4pm T/TH/F, 8-11am SAT
• First Aid/AED/CPR Certification or ability to obtain before September 25th, 2024
• Ability to pass background check
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience swimming and/or coaching at NCAA Division III level
Compensation is expected to be between $15k-$25k.
