Apply NowThe Special Assistant to the Head Basketball Coach at Fort Lewis College, a NCAA Division II institution in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference, is responsible for assisting the Head Basketball Coach in all aspects of an athletically competitive men's basketball program, including, but not limited to:
Required Education, Specialized Skills and Experience:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree is required. Successful experience in coaching men's basketball as a Head Coach or Assistant Coach at the collegiate level or as a Head Coach at the High School level.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A sound knowledge of Synergy Sports video system. Experience in creating detailed scouting reports. Successful recruiting experience at NCAA level. Demonstrated leadership abilities.
Compensation
The salary for this part-time (.638 FTE) position is $20,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
