Position Overview

| Primary Purpose of Position |
Under the direction of the Head Coach and in accordance with all NCAA and MEAC, the position primary purpose is to scout, recruit, monitor academics/study hall, distribute team apparel, skill development of post position, coordinator with strength and conditioning & trainers, organize team travel, coordinate housing, handle all ticketing questions and game pass list. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field from a regionally accredited institution. Knowledge of NCAA rules/regulations with three (3) years of relative coaching experience in a college setting or equivalent.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a professional manner with all departments of the College, Trustees, and external constituents. Experienced with office management procedures; proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience in a college or university environment required.
