Randolph-Macon College, a selective liberal arts college and NCAA Division III institution is seeking a qualified candidate to apply for a 12-month intern position of Assistant Men’s Lacrosse Coach.
The successful candidate will assist the Head Coach and current full-time Assistant Coach in all aspects of running a successful program to include practice and game day preparation, helping develop student-athletes, recruiting, scouting and campus visits.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree and previous competitive playing experience at the college or university level required; previous coaching experience preferred. Applicants should be familiar and comfortable with the philosophy of education at a selective liberal arts college and with the Division III philosophy of athletics. Must have a valid driver’s license with satisfactory motor vehicle record by insurance standards.
