Assistant Men's Soccer Coach

Huntington University has an opening for an assistant coach for men's soccer.  The position is part-time.  Responsibilities include any tasks assigned by the head coach related to all facets of the sport such as recruiting, administration, practice assistance, scheduling, etc. and complying with all NAIA, Crossroads League, and institutional regulations and policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates must have a strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a desire to serve others
• Commitment to the mission and goals of Huntington University as a Christ-centered liberal arts institution
• Previous coaching experience is desired
• Commitment to an NAIA program of intercollegiate athletics
• Evidence of communication, managerial, organizational and coaching skills

• Assist Head Coach with Team Camps and Prospect camps
• General Oversight of PLEX Facility with Head Coach
• Spiritual development of student-athletes
• Comply with all NAIA, Crossroads League and institutional policies
