Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach (Part-Time)
Position Summary
The Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach supports the Head Men’s Soccer Coach in all aspects of
operating a competitive collegiate soccer program. This individual contributes to player
development, recruitment, and program administration while fostering a Christ-centered
environment that aligns with the mission of the College. The Assistant Coach has a
demonstrable faith in Jesus Christ and serves as a positive role model for student-athletes.
General Duties
• Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting practices, training sessions, and
game strategies.
• Provide individual and team instruction to support the athletic and personal
development of student-athletes.

• Provide individual and team instruction to support the athletic and personal
development of student-athletes.
• Support recruiting e(cid:431)orts, including identifying, evaluating, and communicating with
prospective student-athletes.
• Assist with game day operations, including preparation, scouting, and opponent
analysis.
• Help monitor academic progress and support the holistic development of student-
athletes.
• Promote a culture of discipline, sportsmanship, and spiritual growth within the
program.
• Assist with program administration, including equipment management, travel
coordination, and compliance requirements.
• Represent the College and men’s soccer program in a professional and positive
manner.
• Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned by the Athletic Director to support
departmental operations.
Desired Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Previous soccer playing and/or coaching experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals, strategy, and skill development.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to build relationships with student-athletes and recruits.
• Commitment to the mission and values of the College, including a demonstrable
faith in Jesus Christ.
