Monmouth University is seeking applications for an Assistant Registrar for Curriculum Maintenance, Degree Audit, and
NCAA
Compliance in the Office of the Registrar.
The candidate would be expected to: represent the Office of the Registrar on the Athletics Eligibility Team, for the purpose of providing an organized process for certifying continuing eligibility for each student-athlete; coordinate the program evaluation and degree audit process and serve as the representative on both the Undergraduate and Graduate Studies Committees (
USC
and
GSC
); create and maintain the academic program requirements; provide outreach to students and advisors regarding anticipated program completion and graduation procedures; routinely track degree progress, as completion nears; troubleshoot audit issues and direct students to appropriate resources; coordinate the graduation process for the Office of the Registrar (OR) and serve as the OR’s representative on the Commencement committee.
Anticipated opening pending budget approval.
This is an in-person on-campus, non-remote position.

Bachelor’s degree or higher
