Job Description:
Department Summary & Job Purpose
• 75% Assistant Coach for Rowing
• 15% Community Rowing Program
• 5% Teach 2 credits of Physical Education activity courses
• 5% Other Duties: assist head coach with home basketball game management and lead the annual Canoe Sing during senior week at MHC

Qualifications
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree; a valid driver’s license; previous collegiate experience whether it be coaching or competing, excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to efficiently and effectively carry tasks out to completion; ability to function effectively at a competitive liberal arts NCAA Division III college with highly selective academic standards. This position requires travel for recruiting and working occasional nights and weekends.

Contract
This is a one-year, renewable contract. Decision on renewal will be made in collaboration with the Director of Athletics/Chair of Physical Education no later than May 15th each year upon completing a performance evaluation.
