Description

The Assistant Soccer Coach is responsible for supporting the Head Soccer Coach in all aspects of the Soccer program, including student-athlete development, recruiting, practice planning, game preparation, and administrative duties. This position plays a critical role in fostering a competitive, disciplined, and student-centered program aligned with Hampton University, NCAA, and conference standards.

Examples of Duties

Coaching & Player Development

· Assist in planning and conducting daily practices, training sessions, and skill development

· Provide technical and tactical instruction to student-athletes

· Support game-day preparation, including scouting reports and opponent analysis

· Promote a culture of accountability, discipline, and sportsmanship
