Position Title: Assistant Softball Coach

Reports To: Head Softball Coach

Employment Type: Full-time, 10-month

Position Summary: 

Culver-Stockton College invites applications for the position of Assistant Softball Coach. This is a full-time position that is responsible for assisting in teaching the sport of Softball and administering the entire operation of the program.

• Teaching the sport of Softball
• Assisting in administration of the Softball program
• Recruiting high quality student athletes
• Planning and coordinating practices
• Assisting with player skill development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree, required
• Previous coaching or playing Softball experience, collegiate level preferred
• Ability to recruit and motivate student athletes
• Commitment to academic success as well as compliance with NAIA and HEART
