Monmouth University is seeking applications for an Assistant Softball Coach in the Athletics department.
The candidate would be expected to: identify and evaluate prospective student-athletes: plan recruiting game schedule; coordinate recruiting trips for on and off campus visits; responsible for all recruiting documentation; review and counsel student-athletes on their academic scheduling and progress; monitor study hall; act as the liaison to academic support staff; make composite class schedule each term; vehicle requests, team travel arrangements, cash advances, for team travel and recruiting; purchase requisitions for team apparel and equipment; complete yearly inventory; liaison with event management staff for facility maintenance.
This is an in-person, on-campus; non-remote position.

Three years’ experience in either collegiate fastpitch coaching/playing at Division I level, professional fastpitch playing experience, or
USA
National team experience, or a total of three years’ experience in any combination thereof.
