Salary up to $49,603 annually.

| Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology, kinesiology, or similar field of study or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- A minimum of two (2) years of Division I Intercollegiate Strength & Conditioning experience.
- NSCA (CSCS) or CSCCa (SCCC) as well as First Aid/ CPR / AED certification also required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Must be a person of high integrity and character and represent Oakland University with the utmost professionalism.
- Must possess valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the University.

| Position Purpose |
Under the direction of the Director of Strength & Conditioning the selected candidate will assist in day to day management of the Intercollegiate Athletics Weight Room. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, daily oversight and management of various Olympic Sports Programs. As the coordinator of those designated sport programs the selected candidate must be able to design, implement, teach, demonstrate, and supervise proper lifting, speed, agility, conditioning, and flexibility techniques while maintaining a safe and productive training environment while adhering to all Oakland University, Horizon League, and NCAA rules and regulations.
