| Job Summary/Basic Function |
About This Role:
The Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach will provide expertise, guidance, and training in the area of strength training and physical conditioning for all student-athletes and sports teams at Lamar University. This role will design and implement strength and conditioning programs that enhance athletic performance and reduce the risk of injury. The position will also assist the strength and conditioning department by designing and implementing programs, regularly testing the student-athletes to determine the effectiveness of the programs and maintaining accurate records of student-athlete’s progress.
