POSITION SUMMARY
Grinnell College seeks an Assistant Swim and Diving Coach who will work with the Head Coach to develop and maintain a positive student-athlete experience that focuses on student-athlete development, building an inclusive culture, and recruiting, matriculating, and retaining elite prospective student-athletes and contributing positively to the College’s Athletic Department. The coach will help create purpose and value for the College and the Athletic Department missions.
This is a part-time, term position, approx. 975 hours for FY 2024-2025. The wage is $18.00 per hour and is not eligible for benefits.
This role requires some travel and the ability to work nights and weekends.
