Assistant Tennis Coach

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Assistant Tennis Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a committed Christian who values teamwork and is passionate about helping athletes develop their skills both on and off the court.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting tennis practices and training sessions.
• Support athletes in improving their technical skills, strategy, and overall performance.
• Foster a positive and encouraging team environment rooted in Christian values.
• Help organize matches, tournaments, and team events.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to student-athletes, promoting sportsmanship and teamwork.
• Maintain equipment and ensure the tennis facilities are well-kept.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff.

Qualifications

• Strong Christian faith and commitment to upholding Christian principles.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible with a strong work ethic.
• Experience playing or coaching tennis preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
