Description
The Assistant to the Athletic Director for Travel and Intramurals is responsible for administrative duties within the athletic department, including, but not limited to: athletic team travel planning and organization, , assist with billing and invoice processing, summer camps coordination, assist with home game management, director of year-round intermural programs, and other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director. This position requires frequent travel.

Manage, coordinate, and develop all aspects of athletics team travel.
Manage, coordinate, and develop all aspects of the university intramurals programs.
Recruit, organize and develop intramural staff.
Provide administrative support in athletics.
Assist with athletic fundraising, alumni activities and public relations as needed.
Foster a cooperative work environment and provide mutual support with all constituencies and colleagues.
Represent the program and Simpson University with sportsmanship, integrity and professionalism.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Athletic Director.
Physical Requirements:

Outdoor hot, cold rainy environment while performing duties at outdoor events, indoors in gym or office
