Limestone University, a Division II member of the South Atlantic Conference (SAC), invites applications for the full-time, 12-month position of Assistant to the Vice President of Intercollegiate Athletics/Special Events Coordinator.

Job Overview:

_ Assistant to the VP of Intercollegiate Athletics: _

• Manage the schedule for the Vice President of Intercollegiate Athletics
• Screen all incoming calls for the Vice President of Intercollegiate Athletics
• Manage athletics front office lobby area
• Manage mailroom for Bob Campbell Field House
• Manage all Athletic Department meetings (coaches, administrative, staff, etc.), NCAA, SAC, Board meetings as necessary for the VP of Intercollegiate Athletics
• Prepare detailed notes for various department meetings
• Maintain department specific files and data
• Manage the daily administrative needs of all senior athletic admin team (room scheduling, campus errands)
• Manage supply orders for the athletics department and its various facilities (copy paper, printer toner, office supplies, etc.)
• Prepare department specific forms (various HR forms, IT forms, expense reports, etc.)
• Assist with planning department events (Hall of Fame, Athletics Awards Ceremony, Saints Club Donor events, special game day events, and other department events as assigned)
• Meeting with vendors at the venue location to help with set-up of events
• Running errands for supplies and event decorations

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position. Candidate must have a commitment to and responsibility for adhering to all rules and regulations of Limestone University, South Atlantic Conference, and the NCAA.The selected candidate must be willing to consent to, and pass with, satisfactory results, an investigative consumer report.
