Function of Position:
The Assistant Coach will assist the Director of Men’s and Women’s Track and Field in
all phases of a Division III program. This includes, but is not limited to recruitment and
retention of academically and athletically qualified student-athletes, overall program
administrative duties as assigned, and practice/meet coaching specifically for the
horizontal and vertical jumps. This position will also coordinate all home track meets
and perform other duties in the Athletic Department as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree


 Prior coaching or competitive experience in Collegiate Track & Field
 Credentials should reflect proven success and potential in coaching, recruiting,
