| Position Summary |
Assist in all aspects of developing and advancing a competitive Women’s Volleyball Program in the Big Sky Conference. This includes, but is not limited to: coaching, recruiting, and counseling student-athletes; managing daily administrative duties of the program; fundraising and public relations; adhering to all rules and regulation of the university, NCAA, and Big Sky.

| Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum three years collegiate coaching/club coaching/collegiate competition.
- Demonstrated excellence in professional/interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to the total welfare of student athletes.
- Demonstrated commitment to developing a successful volleyball program both academically and athletically.

- NCAA Division I experience.

Salary is dependent on several factors, and new employees will typically start around the Q1 level to allow for later growth within the salary band. PSU has a structured process for determining starting compensation, taking into account years of related experience, applicable skills, knowledge and abilities, market parity, and internal equity. The starting annual salary for this position will be based on experience.
