Description: King University is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Women’s and Men’s Track and Field Coach. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Track and Field Coach with all aspects of the programs, with an emphasis horizontal and vertical jumps

Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree is required. Candidates should possess a thorough knowledge of track and field, a sophisticated understanding of coaching and training strategies, and a demonstrated ability to enhance student athlete development. Candidates should have experience coaching or competing in horizontal and vertical jumps.

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree is preferred, with coaching experience at the collegiate or high school level. Special consideration will be given to candidates with experience competing or coaching pole vault. Demonstrated ability and success in identifying and recruiting student athletes at a private, residential institution.

Responsibilities: Supervise all activities related to the student athletes; provide professional mentoring to student-athletes; Recruit student/athletes that meet King University Admission guidelines to achieve roster goals and field a competitive team; Provide academic, personal, and professional mentoring to student-athletes; Comply with all NCAA rules and regulations;
