Assist in managing competitive

NCAA

Division I intercollegiate women’s hockey program within educational mission of the University. Educate student-athletes in values of sport. Follow directives from head athletic coach for aspects of competitive

NCAA

Division I program recruitment of scholarship and non-scholarship student-athletes. Provide leadership and positive expertise in teaching and tactical aspects of sport. Demonstrate commitment to issues of social justice and diversity.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Bachelor’s degree in related field and one to three years’ experience in recruiting

NCAA

prospects and/or coaching at intercollegiate level required. Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to demonstrate skill techniques required. Ability to travel extensively required.

Desirable Qualifications

Experience at the Division 1 level preferred.

Anticipated Pay Range

$52,000 - $75,000
