Job Description:
The Assistant Hockey Coach will assist the Head Coach in the overall management of the Division III hockey program at MCLA.
The Assistant Coach will be a valued member of the Athletics Staff and will contribute to the mission of MCLA and the athletic department. The successful candidate will demonstrate an understanding of, and commitment to, the Division III ideal and the important role intercollegiate athletics plays in higher education. The Assistant Coach will conform to the highest standards of professional conduct regarding compliance with department and College policies and procedures and adherence to the rules and regulations of the NCAA and MASCAC, of which the College is a member. The Assistant Coach will contribute to the maintenance of good working relationships with all staff, student-athletes, and external constituents through a positive and constructive approach to all tasks, respect for the competencies of others, and appropriate conflict resolution behavior.

This is a part-time, temporary, non-benefitted position with a salary of $1,200.00. This position will run from 12/1/2025 - 3/7/2026.
