Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach

Randolph-Macon College invites applications for a full-time Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach. The assistant coach will help plan and execute practices and game plans for a competitive NCAA Division III program.

  Responsibilities  

• Assist the head coach with student-athlete recruitment and development, on-field instruction, strength training, equipment/uniform maintenance, social media management, travel accommodations, and community service engagement. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and previous competitive playing experience at the college or university level required; Previous coaching experience preferred.
• Successful applicant must demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills as well as be committed to the policies and regulations of the NCAA Division III.
• Must be or become certified in CPR and first aid techniques. 
• Must have a valid driver’s license with satisfactory motor vehicle record by insurance standards.
