Women’s Assistant Soccer Coach

This position is responsible for assisting head women’s soccer coach in the organizing
and overseeing selected phases of women’s soccer program.

Responsibilities and Primary Activities:

Practices and Game Activities

• Assists head coach with organizing practice and game activities
• Recruitment of quality student/athletes
• Assists head coach with game preparation and strategy
• Organizes and monitors off-season workouts
• Monitors academic progress for student athletes
• Assists head coach with spiritual formation
• Knowledge of and adherence to NAIA rules and regulations

• Bachelor’s degree
• Prior coaching experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to keep accurate records and stats along with experience with Word and

Excel programs

• Desire to act as a mentor and role model to the student athletes.

Preferred Requirements:

• Master’s degree
• Collegiate level of coaching
• Strong coaching skills,
