Responsibilities: The Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach is responsible for the following, but are not limited to:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree; General knowledge of NCAA Division II soccer practices & regulations; Ability to establish good rapport and relationships with players, administrators, staff, alumni and the general public; soccer playing experience; soccer coaching experience. First Aid/CPR/AED certified; Valid driver’s license; United Soccer Coaches 11v11; United States Soccer Federation Grassroots
Preferred Qualifications: Coaching experience at the collegiate level or professional level; Playing experience at the collegiate level or professional level. CDL; United Soccer Coaches Regional Diploma; United States Soccer Federation National D+ license. Expertise in soccer tactics; regulatory compliance, player development; video analysis; recruiting; organization; digital literacy
Compensation: $40,560 per year (full-time). This position is FLSA exempt. Western offers an excellent benefits package including shared premiums for a comprehensive health insurance plan, dental insurance, retirement plan, life insurance, and other insurance options. After one year of employment, Western provides free tuition for dependents enrolled full time in undergraduate programs for up to four years.
