Towson University is seeking an Assistant Women’s Volleyball Coach. This position will assist the Head Volleyball Coach in the coaching and day-to-day operations of a Division I intercollegiate women's volleyball program. Additional responsibilities include complying with video/CAA exchange policies; assisting with camps/clinics, practice, and match preparation; helping with player development; monitoring social media; recruiting as permitted by NCAA rules and regulations; and attending community service events to support the program.

The work hours for this position include weekend, evening, and early morning hours. Travel is required.
Qualifications and Skills
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Two years of volleyball coaching experience
Preferred Qualification:
• Two years of volleyball recruiting and coaching experience at the Division 1 level
Salary and Benefits
Target hiring range is $52,000 - $61,000 and full University benefits that include up to 17 holidays and 15 sick days; excellent health, life, and retirement plans; and tuition remission.
