Job Description:
This is a part-time position with a nine-month appointment. The assistant coach is expected to commit an average of 15 to 25 hours per week during the academic year, including practices, games, recruiting activities, and other team-related responsibilities. The workload may vary depending on the competitive season, travel commitments, and specific program needs. Flexibility is required to accommodate team events and other activities, with collaboration with the head coach to align with team goals and scheduling priorities.
Requirements:
Our ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and a successful background in coaching, preferably at the collegiate level. Competitive experience is also preferred.

The posted salary range reflects the good-faith compensation estimate for this position. The actual pay offered will be based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity factors. $3,000 stipend
